Arby's - Oklahoma City

Good food..but not the fish sticks.. they were evil!!!!!

Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, a mixture of (American) Wagyu and regular ground beef. In a previous review of Arby 's initial Wagyu's test marketing, I was impressed. It was burned and covered w/an orange house served, ahem, sauce. This was cooked correctly, but also w/Orange Goo. Why do all Fast Food Drive-by cover everything with their special sauce? if some decisions, say Waygu and Arby 's sells it on a supposed premium beef mix? It lacks taste, maybe a little bacon and a little liquid smoke, some meat spices and A-1! Throw the GOO somewhere, but forbid it from the burgers. $7.00 dollars, I won't rate it a purchase until it's improved.

I always receive great service here. Efficient, friendly staff. Well managed, for sure.

This place is usually pretty stacked against the other fast food in the area, but today the ball was dropped. We got no straws, were missing two chicken sliders, and got straight up cold au jus. Tried to call to get my sandwiches replaced, no answer.
