Pancheros Mexican Grill - Okemos

I received almost no rice with my dish, and when I asked for more, the staff member quickly informed me that I would be charged extra. He wouldn't make any exceptions, even though my serving was so small. I won't be returning; the service was incredibly rude.

It's frustrating that they offer delivery services when they don't prioritize preparing orders in a timely manner. I often find myself standing around trying to inform my clients about the delays, which I've had to do multiple times. Sometimes, there are other delivery drivers waiting around too, which can negatively impact our estimated delivery times and ultimately lead to low ratings or late deliveries on the app. Because of this, I've decided to stop accepting orders from this place. To make matters worse, on one occasion, they sent me to a wrong address that led me to a dark and isolated field at over 11pm, looking for a nonexistent location at “3545 Meridian Road.” Meanwhile, the customer was actually just down the street at a hotel. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant for deliveries or pickups.

Eventually, I spoke up about his behavior, and in response, he turned his anger on me. He should have been grateful for their hard work and the good job they were doing. This manager needs to be let go. With the current challenges businesses face in finding employees, his abusive attitude could seriously harm the restaurant's future. It was truly disheartening to witness. I reported the incident to corporate and hope they take action. This occurred late in the afternoon on Thursday, October 27th.

I can?t say enough good about Pancheros food quality and customer service. I placed an orders for 55 burritos for our football team (with special instructions) and they not only made them perfectly (and big enough to fill up our big boys), they were righton time and really professional and kind. It?s not easy to fill a big order on time, tasty and hot. I highly recommend tryingPancheros when you are in the mood for good Mexican AND the price was great (their per burrito price is several dollars lessthan others in the area). Also, the assistant manager, Lawrence was very professional and made sure I was happy with theservice. Thank you!

Today around 11am. The one guy working in there was not busy but still rude and short with us. The burritos were not mixed and thrown together without care. Do better.
