Dunkin' - Okeechobee

Wow! I didn't even see the message on my cup until about 20 minutes after I left, and when I did, it truly brightened my day! Huge thanks to whoever wrote that; it made me feel special! This Dunkin' is amazing— I always place my order through the app, and my coffee is always ready by the time I walk in. The service here is outstanding, and I can't emphasize that enough!

Overall, the experience is great, but occasionally some of the staff may not fully understand your order. For instance, if you order a large coffee with five cream and five sugar, be sure to double-check it before leaving. There have been several instances where we've received just coffee and cream instead of what we actually ordered, which required us to return it for a replacement.

I absolutely love my Dunkin'! Thank you for the excellent service. This location is typically very busy, but the team works efficiently to get everything done as quickly as possible. I really appreciate it!

Haven't been there in a while. But for years, the staff was always kind and generous to me. I don't know how they do it. But their coffee tastes better then anywhere else I go. Place is straight magic.

Sam was the best! He hooked us up with the best pricing on our specialty pumpkin spice drink. He's a great asset and his hair is a work of art. You can tell he enjoys helping people and offering his opinions. His parents must be proud of him. The black coffee was great as always. 5 out of 7 stars for a perfect score.
