Brahma Bull - Okeechobee County

Took forever to get our order, waitress was nowhere to be found, couldn’t order another drink if I wanted to. Worst service ever! Watched another couple come in, sit for 20 min then leave without anyone ever speaking to them. Horrible, just horrible!

This used to be one of my favorites but the last two times the food has not been good and the service terrible, rude. I had prime rib in November and it was the worst I have ever had. This trip to Okeechobee the service has been terrible.

Went to Bhrama Bull for dinner yesterday. Ordered the beef brisket.

The menu offers a large selection of meals however the beef (steaks) are their specialty. The service is somewhat focused on the bar that on the meal. It sure takes less time to have a beer than your meal. We were a group of 19 people and waited 2 1/2 hours for our plate eventhough we had made reservations and none of us had ordered complicated plate (pasta, chicken, steaks). However, the main problem with this place is not the food nor the service...it is with the front desk HOSTESS. In the past they had an hostess that was way past the age of being at the font desk of a restaurant. She was always confused operating the cash register or credit card payment. Lately this elderly hostess has been replaced with one that has ABSOLUTELY no manners, rude with customers and no appreciation for tourists. She was also rude with the server as she brought her to tears in front of the group for a non issue. She was very vocale with our group that she didn't need our money to operate the business. The group (bet 15 20 people) has enjoyed going to Brahma Bull for the past several year during our winter holidays but due to the negativity of the Hostess our group decided to not support this local restaurant anymore.

Great food. And service.
