The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, but it could have used a bit more seasoning. The salmon, however, was both overcooked and lacked flavor. The broccolini and asparagus were fresh and tender. The potato pancakes were well-seasoned and delicious. The grilled salad, on the other hand, didn’t come together as a cohesive dish. While the dressing was nicely flavored, using shaved cheese instead of the diced cheese on the side would have enhanced it. Overall, the experience was decent, but with a few adjustments to the cooking, it could become a great dining experience.
