Pizza Hut - Oil City

Bad food, bad service and terrible management! This place will not stay open long, shameful!! The worst culinary experience we had in a very long time and we're sorry to say, but never go back.

Poor service...waitresses complain about each other...yelling in the kitchen and cashier does not understand math...maybe they should of stayed closed

Went there on lunchbreak...good thing i have an hour because it took 35 minutes just to get a sub...staff cant get along and there is no management..after seeing the inexperience at the cash register going on the whole time we decided to just leave money on the table..i wont be back

Waitress 's were yelling and arguing loudly the whole time we were there. Our order was messed up,and the waitress didn 't come back to the table until we were ready to leave, the cook yelled for Siss 2 times and the cook ended up bringing the correct order to us. Dirty tables were not cleared the whole time we were there, and the talk was all about how good the tips were from Tom At checkout the Waitress argued with a customer when she was told that EVERYTHING being yelled (and the arguing in the back) could be heard by ALL the customers. We don 't care if the servers knew each other for 20 some years and they argue all the time That kind of behavior will get that place shut down. We won 't be back Sorry

We ordered a pizzaburger from the menu, and when the waiter came to take our order, he asked us what it was. When our food arrived, we were surprised to find that it was just a hamburger patty topped with pizza sauce and cheese. Seriously!
