Springbank Chicken Seafood

Had a chicken schnitzel burger today and honestly didn’t think that was something you could stuff up. Dry, flavourless, soggy tomato, thinnest schnitty i’ve seen in my life and eftpos surcharge and long wait just topped things off. First and last time I would go there.

Now charging a surcharge for eftpos! Come on! It's 2018!

Quality has gone way down of late, can't even cook properly now

The chips are the best; I enjoy them every day for lunch! The service is consistently excellent, always delivered with a smile.

The restaurant has too many untrained staff working at the same time. The oil they used was quite old, and the fries were dry and tasted bad. The chicken was burnt, and the schnitzel was overcooked and not enjoyable at all. The cleanliness of the shop has noticeably declined compared to when the previous owner was in charge. It seems to me that it's now under Chinese management, which appears to be a trend for many chicken shops lately.
