Gungellan - OHalloran Hill

This place was once our local on a weekly basis when we lived in Freeling. 10 years on we decided to visit again and it felt like the same country pub we knew and loved! The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious with great portions and very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to visit again when we feel like a hearty pub meal!

Great little pub. Friendly atmosphere. Went on seafood night $12 ... was great value! Squid was really nice and the chips nice and crunchy. Battered whiting was nice ..salad on the side was nice and fresh with a tasty balsamic dressing.

These were very good schnitties. It's a small pub, so make sure to book for weekends, staff were nice and the food came out quickly. Really. Loved the garlic bread but the chips needed a bit more seasoning.

We enjoyed an excellent meal on Sunday in the front bar. The huge lamb chops were tender and delicious accompanied with very hot mashed potato and gravy with a fresh side salad. The garlic bread was delicious thanks ladies for a lovely day even though they were short staffed they served everyone with a smile

We went for the snitzels and we were not disappointed absolutely outstanding, delicious and the staff are lovely and very welcoming 100% recommend going to Gungellan for a meal
