Waffle Love - Ogden

Amazing amazing food!!! I got the chicken sandwich and the hot honey and subtle pickles were PERFECTION. My husband got the chicken and waffles and it came with syrup and Some spicy ranch stuff which was DELICIOUS. I’m definitely coming back! The service was so great! They were such a vibe and so fun! Unfortunately I couldn’t get their name but they had a septum piercing, blonde buzz cut hair, and made the best food! They couldn’t have made a better first impression!

This place has amazing food don't get me wrong. This rating is more for the service you get now. I have been an avid waffle love goer but as of the past few times I have gone service has been terrible. The thing that has prompted me to finally write a review is that me and my wife went there to grab Breakfast real quick. We made sure it was after opening but the door was locked. The employee was behind the counter acting like we didn't push on the door. We double checked hours and then tried the door again to make sure we weren't pushing too weakly. Decided if this employee doesn't want our business oh well. This saddens me due to wanting that delicious food.Summary: Went to get good food. Locked door during business hours. Ignored by an employee in the restaurant.

The DIRTIEST place I have ever seen.. opened 15 minutes late, we were the first customers tables not clean. Food bits on counters behind register. Floors not swept or mopped in days if not weeks. No napkins stocked plastic ware containers filthy. Beverage machine not cleaned. No menus turned on. Taking 20 min to get 2 waffles. Orders after us are filled before us... do not stop here. The coffee shop next door is heads and tails better . the had three orders and took name for our order but didn't make it... to go containers were disgusting, food spilt on the outside of containers.. the get negative stars from us will NEVER go back

We have had so many great experiences at this location however our most recent experience was awful. The chicken was burnt and the waffles were straight dough. When we brought up the waffle to the employee thinking that things happen, we would just receive another one, we were told that nothing was wrong with the waffle and that it was just the sugar that makes it look doughy. Unless the recipe has changed, we’ve never received a waffle that looked and tasted like undercooked dough in the past. Truly disappointing.

Food was inedible. Egg was burnt. Waffle (that’s raw dough you see in the pic that at first I thought was cheese) and bacon were raw. Coffee suppose to be black was some sort of sweet milk coffee (I’m allergic to dairy) and the 1 person working the counter and also doing the cooking didn’t have time to fix another. There was food everywhere on the floor and I was there when the door opened. I came here years ago when it was a food cart and so happy when they opened the brick and mortar. I would love to be reimbursed as I really got nothing for my $27 ?
