Starbucks - Ogden

Super busy here. But the staff worked hard and efficiently got everyone their orders. Love the cold brew Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The customer service is awful. I was standing in front of staff and not one employee acknowledged me. What is wrong with this picture??? I asked for hot cappuccino then I get a lukewarm apparently they just put the milk on top of espresso, that’s not hot there lukewarm and they didn’t apologize Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I like this location because it’s very large, bright with comfortable seating. The restrooms are clean.

Ordered a pink drink and got straight milk. When I asked if they could fix it, they walked around the corner and brought it right back to me with nothing changed. Usually the pink drinks here are awesome.

These ladies at the drive through were professional, quick, friendly and on point!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve had at any Starbucks.
