Starbucks - Ogden

Love when no one tells you your drinks you are waiting on for 20 minutes are ready and sitting on the counter.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I’m hoping someone in Starbucks management sees this and makes some changes to the drive thru. This drive thru is probably the SLOWEST drive thru I’ve ever gone through at any restaurant or Starbucks. I live in Uintah just about a 1/2 mile from this location, and this Starbucks is very convenient for me. However, if I drive by and see the drive thru line has more than 4 cars, I’ll go to a different Starbucks on my way into work. It doesn’t make sense for me to order anything from here when I expect to sit in the drive thru lane for 20-30 minutes. Obviously it’s still a Starbucks and the drinks and food are great and as to be expected.

I enjoy the setup of this Starbucks. It's open and great to see the mountains out the windows.

I tried to use the buy one get one free today with the app and no one could figure out how to do it. And no one cares to try and fix

They have coffee and sweets. I like both of those things.
