Pizza Hut - Ogden

We have ordered here 2 times. The first time they brought us 3 large pizzas instead of 2 medium pizzas. And charged for the 3 larges. The second time, they didn't give is our discount from there previous screwe up. And they didn't bring our 2liter. Every time we call the store location they take forever to answer and when they do, they just hang up. My family and Ias well as friends will not be ordering from here again. And our community should stand by not supporting a business who hassuch poor standards and communication with customers. Businesses need to realize they are selling products and services. Andwe pay for such things. I don't pay for my simple pizza order to be wrong and for phones to be hung up on.

Order the bbq chicken pizza and it came with the normal sauce, looks like the online portal defaulted to it for someone. However the still remade and delivered the pizza to me! Super friendly and made everything super easy. Will always come back!!

I offered pizza for dinner because my husband likes it. There was a 30-minute cooking time that is not normal. It turned out that it was just a woman and she was FREAKING AWESOME.

I ordered a pizza online on Monday and accidentally provided the wrong address. They tried to contact me several times, but I had my phone off. When I finally called back, the manager personally delivered my pizza. I was genuinely impressed by his courtesy, and he apologized multiple times, even though it was my mistake. The pizza arrived hot, and I really appreciate the manager’s efforts. I've ordered from this restaurant many times before, but I've never experienced such outstanding service. In the past, there were issues with their credit card machine, and they even called me to let me know my card was declined. So, I've had my share of poor service from this place, but this time the manager truly excelled, and I’m giving them 5 stars because of him.

That's amusing. We came across posts online where people were requesting pictures with their pizza. Although we never ordered delivery, we were hungry and eager to give it a try. They played along with us, and we ended up having a great time.
