Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I love this place. Also as a friendly tip if you haven't tried Hawaiian pizza with the white sauce instead of the tomato sauce then you should. One of the employees at one of their locations recommended this to us and I've ordered it that way ever since!

I had a buy one get one free coupon for a few days so I went to order my favorite pizza the Mediterranean chicken Only to be told they discounted it a dollar just so it wouldn?t qualify for the buy one get one deal. If you?re going to run a deal at least have all the pizzas available so we can get them for the deal. I?m sure it?s not just this Papa Murphy?s fault but it?s ridiculous. I can go other places with a buy one get one coupon and get any pizza that I want. I went to the chat on the customer service line and they offered me a whopping 25% off instead of half off. Such generosity but it didn?t solve the problem that I had in the first place which was it. After seeing this post, the manager called me and did offer me the buy one get one free with the pizza.

Horrible lazy customer service. I placed an order and told it would be 25 min. I arrived right at my 25 min wait go to the door and it is locked. This lady opens the door and says sorry we are closed. I tell her I'd like to get my already placed order, she replied well we are closed and closed our tills, we have tour pizza made but you can come back tomorrow and we can have you pay and pick up your pizza, we will save it for you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! YOU MEAN YOU CANT MENTION YOUD BE CLOSED AFTER MY WAIT TIME OR WAIT TO CLOSE KNOWING YOU TOOK MY ORDER.....SADLY THIS IS TWICE NOW THIS HAS HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION AND I GO AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, BUT THIS WAS JUST TO MUCH. WHAT A JOKE!

My family eats here about once a month. Food is always good but staff can be a little rude sometimes.

Great take and bake pizza, to me it tastes better all the ingredients are made fresh every day and because you bake it yourself, you get a piping got pizza every time! I really love their new triple pepperoni pizza , and their deep dish pizza is a family favorite.
