I was kind of looking forward to Arby's but they're so unpredictableanymore you don't know when this place is going to be open
Second time I've gotten a sandwich that looks like it was prepared hours before I ordered and hastily thrown together with little to no consideration of proper building of the sandwich makes me wonder if they were even trained correctly or if theyjust don't care about their job at all this could either go one of two eggs one per leadership or two bad employees, and I saythis and well confidence because I have worked in the fast food industry and have been in management for that fast food industrythus far reflects a whole lot on the employees and management at this location, as of so far this will be the last time I go tothis Arby's
Short staffed so little slow but it was hot and good. We ordered a lot everyone liked it. Brother is a food critic and said the buffalo sauce needs to change
They aren?t open in lobby at all sign is a lie! It?s funny how everywhere else lobby?s are open but you?ve got that one store that doesn?t food was cold because I had to sit in the drive through when order was already made and I can only imagine yourdrive through time if I was the boss I wouldn?t stand for that ???? just so you guys don?t have to clean a lobby wow
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered a wagyu burger and it was awful. The burger was extremely thin and everything was thrown on the burger. We asked for bacon and it didn?t come with it. I also ordered a French dip and it was cold, the cheese wasn?t melted. Icalled to inform the staff of the issue and when I went in person to speak with the manager Noe he was incredibly rude. He wasvery arrogant and was refusing to give my any contact information for corporate. I brought the food back to him and wanted arefund and he would only do one item and not both. We love arbys but this customer service was just awful!
