The Pasta House Co - O'Fallon

I wish I could give this restaurant no stars! First, we were seated at a dirty and sticky table. When we asked to move, the staff seemed unhappy about it. The waitress did not explain the menu well, and when our order was wrong, the manager didn't seem to care. The service was poor, the food was mediocre, and it wasn't worth the price. We had to ask for our check and box ourselves because our waitress was socializing with other staff. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we would not recommend it. We will stick to Olive Garden from now on.

The service is terrible, as at the moment. I asked for a stand and no one was clean, she wasn't even an option to have cleaned and wait! The server did not take our dirty plates away and to round it off, we got our bread rolls after our salads were finished! How really? And my lasagna cold. Never again will I come to this place! And PS threatened my lasagna to warm them up! ZERO STARTS

We?ve avoided Pasta House for a couple years because of some bad experiences, but we tried to give it another chance but sadly, it?ll be a long time before we come back again (if ever). Table was sticky and everything around us was dusty. Service was very slow and on the inattentive side . The food was disappointing. The salad had brown edges and was limp. The white sauce was milky in consistency and couldn?t even cling to the noodle. The red sauce was okay, but overall less than half of our dishes came out hot. The others were lukewarm at best. I?ve been finished and waiting for my check for the last 15 minutes, but I?m not really sure where my server is so I?ve had ample time to write this review.

I haven't been in a while. They had this pasta with shrimp skewers that was excellent. Rolls were fresh and the salad had lots of artichoke hearts which my gf quite enjoyed. The waitress Layne I believe was sweet and checked on us often. Even the other waitresses checked on us from time to time. My only minor issue would be the room inside the booths. Very small amount of room and the iron bars underneath aren't comfortable. Do yourself a favor and sit at a table. You will be much more comfortable. Great experience overall. One of the best times I've ever had eating at a pasta house. Gonna head back sooner than later!

Had dinner 8 a.m. late night, close at 9 a.m. on Friday at Pasta House in O'Fallon. Ordered the chicken Flamingo $22) it came with 1 small chest, a side of pasta and a salad. Salad was great, rolls were hard and only 1 chest! I know it was late and companies are struggling to get help, but our server was very good and not bus as the dinner progressed. Bad service, about price and quality was so. Sad, because their food is usually so good.
