Qdoba Mexican Grill - O'Fallon

I picked up some Qdoba for dinner on Valentine’s Day, and when I arrived at the restaurant, the line was already getting long. There were at least 20 tickets coming out of the online order machine, along with customers waiting to place their orders. The young man at the front counter did an exceptional job, considering how hectic it was! He not only started taking orders from those in line but also managed several online orders and even helped grill more vegetables to keep up with demand when the cook was busy. As more staff came in to assist, he efficiently guided them on which orders needed attention, showing a remarkable sense of urgency that some of the others lacked. He truly did an outstanding job, and I appreciate his hard work immensely!

I visited the Highway K location on Saturday and had an outstanding service experience with Jasmine and the manager. Jasmine took my order just as I requested and was extremely friendly and accommodating to both me and my daughter. The manager also engaged with me, sharing information about the meats she had prepared and highlighting how delicious all the food was, all while wearing a beautiful smile. I truly appreciated this wonderful experience, so I'm planning to return today. Thank you, everyone!

As an employee at this restaurant, I want to express how much I enjoy working here, and as a customer, I can say that I absolutely LOVE it! The food is DELICIOUS, the staff is kind, and the work atmosphere feels like a wonderful family. I truly hope this location stays open for many years to come!
