Chuck's Hot Chicken - O'Fallon

Chicken sandwiches are always great (fries not so much) but the music is always way too loud.3/5/24....level 4 chicken sandwich is awesome as always. Suck on that Popeyes. Bigger piece of chicken than what Chick-fil-A serves. But music in dining area still too loud and annoying.

Short Sweet My service was terrible My chicken wings were under cooked with blood the last time I visited which was months ago the wings were not that big they are ridiculously to big....I've always enjoyed Chucks since they opened.... The staff was always amazing so friendly the food just as amazing if not better but I will never go back to this location.

I 've ordered delivery from Chuck 's several times, and it is fantastic every single time. The prices are fairly high, but you get a lot of food for your money. I usually get their chicken tenders, which are humongous, and I 've had their chicken sandwich as well. The highest level I 've gotten to is a level 2. It 's hot, but it IS called Chuck 's Hot Chicken and should be expected. The flavoring is fantastic.For sides, I 've had both the potato salad and coleslaw. Those are both really good as well.

Tried for the first time and got the level one chicken sandwich and fries and it was awesome. I'm a picky chicken eater and I will definitely be back.

The fries were great. I love crispy fries. I really liked the garlicky cheese curds too. I thought for level 1, the sandwich was pretty hot. He said it was the flavor without the heat. That was spicy. He also said since I was a new customer, I would get one of each of the sauces. I was looking forward to that. Unfortunately, I didn't get any sauce. That probably would've made it better.The music was so loud it was hard to hear him, and he had to really raise his voice. It was just the two of us in the place. That was strange to me to have the music so loud ?It wasn't something I would have to go back and try. I drove a few extra minutes past Chick-fil-A to try this place. I might go again one day to get some fries and cheese curds for a treat one day. I wish they still had drumsticks. That's what I was craving. The funnel cake sticks looked good on the menu, but they don't have those any more either.Vegetarian options: Not your place to go. I wouldn't expect it to be either. It's a chicken restaurant.Parking: Easy, ample parking
