I can't understand the positive reviews. We had the Gänsekeule and the Schwarzbergschnitzel. At first we didn't know what it was supposed to be. There were no napkins or semmelknödel, but cut open rollers. The panade of the scavenger should actually be made of rubbish pastries, but it tasted after fish and was also glibbery from the consistency. Never again! To the wine of Kaspar Herke: quite simple drops, too expensive for Rheingauer conditions.
