Wendy's - Odessa

I've always had a great experience with the friendly staff at every Wendy's I've visited. The restaurant is spotless, both inside and out. I would definitely give it 5 stars!

I really love this location since it's the closest to me. The staff are always friendly, and I haven't encountered any issues in the restaurant or lobby. I enjoy Wendy's a lot; I believe it's better than most fast food options.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude. The staff at this Wendy's today were incredibly helpful and amazing. I was stranded with my three young children, waiting for someone to pick us up, as our home is two hours away. They welcomed us and allowed us to stay for most of the day until help arrived. The staff went out of their way to ensure my children had the drinks they wanted. Their kindness made a challenging situation much easier. I was patient and frustrated at times, but the staff remained wonderful throughout the entire process. This Wendy's truly deserves a huge thank you and some recognition from the company. It’s hands down the best Wendy's I've ever been to—very friendly and exceptionally clean. This place truly embodies what a family-friendly restaurant should be. I will always remember the kindness shown to me and my children. Thank you!

Only two wonderful ladies work the entire store. Wendy is better to give these two a bonus. Super sweet and sweet to boot.

This is the dopest staff. The Morning and night crew are the coolest and kindest staff. They seem to be a small family that work very well together.
