Volcano - Odessa

The presentation was pleasant, and the food was decent. The service was satisfactory. The sweet tea was a bit on the sweeter side. Overall, it was an acceptable experience with no real complaints. We ordered the three roll dinner plate and the volcano with dung soup.

We visited today to celebrate my birthday. The interior wasn't as stunning as we had initially expected, but it was more than made up for by the exceptional food. I really enjoyed the miso soup and the sushi. The jalapeño bombs were fantastic. There was a sauce beautifully drizzled on our plate, but unfortunately, it had hardened by the time we got to it. I'm not sure what sauce it was that became tough and unusable, but despite that, we still had a wonderful time.

Update #1: I dined here on July 11, 2023. I noticed that they had increased the prices on the menu items from just a few weeks ago. I had lunch and overall, the meal was quite good. It was my first time dining at this restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take any pictures because I couldn't help but dig in right away! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

What? Not to love?!? Food is exceptional, staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is great! I recommend the spicy girl roll and the lobster roll! Beef is also fabulous! If you love ramen, don't hesitate! Your ramen has so much taste!

Had a fantastic meal, waiter was fast and attentive, the Yellowtail Jalepeno appetizer was so good I wanted 3 more orders. Sushi was amazing and came out fast with amazing plate designs! Love this place, I will definitely be back!
