The Shrimp Boat - Odessa

Horrible management i went for a meal with a couple of my buddies while waiting for our food we can over hear an employee complain and make racial slurs about an African American customer, we also heard her speaking to her employees in a disrespectful manner she has no level of respect for any of her coworkers/ other employees. Her apron Had a name of ivette on it i asked another employee who their manager was and they stated that it was her .We came to enjoy a meal felt very unpleasant because of the way she was speaking/treating the other employees and the racial comments she made , She obviously does not care who hears whats she says if i could have heard her from my table. As a business owner myself i feel She and all of her superiors need to be held accountable as this is very unacceptable and unprofessional…

From the time we walked in to the restaurant no one was at the front to greet us. We had to ask a waitress for a table and she looked at us like we were from another planet. When she finally spoke I could not hear or understand her. She very reluctantly sat us at a table for 5. To make this review short all the waitress were rube and seemed at they couldn’t understand English or didn’t want to serve us. I got our menus because we were very asked if we were ordering buffet or off the menu. Our waitress got distracted on something else; she forgot about our food this was told to us by the other waitress that bought out our food. We will never go back and this was our first time there. All the waitresses seemed like they would prefer to somewhere else than there.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Found a hair cooked in my food. Manager did absolutely NOTHING. Only an apology from the server but I noticed the manager came over to another table and profusely apologized for not getting their crab legs out. Definitely will not be eating here again!

Waited for awhile and no server came. Had to go asked for one, that was a sign to leave. The food was awful. Never got a true server, when asked everyone claimed they wasn't. My husband couldn't even find a manager. When it came to pay out they couldn't get the ticket to us fast even. I made the comment earlier that would happen and it did. For a tip, I left them the kind of service we got 0 (is what they deserved). All in all I can say we won't be going back.

Great food, reasonable prices, awesome service! Stopped here on our way from Dallas to San Diego just to get a bite and were so pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of food and service.Food: 5/5
