Super Pollo - Odessa

We placed an order online and when we went thru the drive thru window they made us go inside to pickup our order. This defeats the purpose of having online ordering. When we got home we were missing our two orders of charro beans, two orders of coconut unsweetened tea, and missing silverware. I will not return ever.

Yeah so this was supposed to be the 4 ribs... 2 were good and then that weird triangular tough end part. Very disappointing. Chicken was supposed to be 4 pieces its really 3 with the breast cut in half, no thigh. Rice was pretty good, beans very watery and bland. Corn was good but cold. I tasted the potential it was just executed very poorly.

I originally went to their food truck in New Mexico and it was great. First time at the restaurant and I was not disappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will be back!!

Updated review: ordered through doordash for pick up. Went and picked up my order there was multiple bags on the counter but the lady said only these bags were mine. The lady said it was everything. Got home was missing part of my order. Called them and they argued with me and said I 'd have to pay for the extra order because they knew they had put it in there. I was also missing condiments and a piece of cake so, no i was not going to pay for that.Got there and the lady was extremely rude about it. Yelling at me to the point we had to get the manager. My fresh order was on the counter all cold where it was my original order. The manager told her to get my condiments and let us be.I have no desire to ever return after that encounter. This is a family owned and operated chain that we had gone too since we were little and it 's very disappointing to be treated this way. So good luck ordering from here.Review 3 years ago: Absolutely amazing, it tastes like I was back in Mexico. The rice, beans, tostada 's were all fantastic. The chicken was soft and juicy. The prices are great we will definitely be coming back.

Picked up a to go plate of chili Verdi. Took it home and the chili Verde was ice cold. Called 6 times and they would not answer the phone.
