I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude and treated me as if I were stupid. I simply asked a question about the pizza on the menu and was met with rudeness when they said they did not know. I have never been treated like this at any other food establishment. I will not be returning.
On February 2nd, 2022 at 1:00 PM, I observed two employees at this restaurant handling food without wearing proper face masks. The server seemed disorganized and had to be reminded multiple times about the type of bread and cheese we wanted on our sandwiches. Additionally, he had to be told to add bacon to a specific sandwich. It appeared that the person in charge was more focused on their phone than monitoring the staff. After we left, the server barely acknowledged us and I noticed him touching his face while continuing to handle food. I love Subway, but I will be purchasing my sandwiches elsewhere due to the lack of proper work ethics observed at this location.
An online order. waits in line 20 min past p/u time. Eric worked without help. I had to remind him to fold the cheese the ends of my packaging. the sandwiches were all done wrong. in the management excluded. it should be more and more than a hired person who leads a midday shift.
I got the steak and cheese sandwich today, and it was super delicious!
