Sonic Drive-in - Odessa

Was twice to this sound to shake! The first time they came out of the liquid they sent back. Today went for the same thing and again liquid and the carhop says use that is as it is Shaker machine. But didn't bring out one of the three. When the third came out, I was right! We'll never go back!

Myself and my husband were waiting for almost 30 minutes and never received any service. Yet, three people pulled up near us after we have already been sitting there and were receiving service before us. We ended up just leaving and going to Wendy's next door where we received better service as soon as we pulled up

Came to Sonic during breakfast time, got a lunch item because of my food allergies. Specifically ordered with no bun due to a wheat allergy. She brought it out with it on a bun. I let her know that I said no bun. She takes it inside and then immediately brings it back out. They really just took it off the bun. Like I could’ve done that. I sent it back in to be completely remade because I have an allergy to wheat. She acted like it was such a huge inconvenience. This place always sucks every time I come here. The only reason I even came today was because my son begged me to go to Sonic.UPDATE: I have yet to receive my refund. At the bottom of my refund receipt it says ‘Cash Due Customer’ and I never received cash and it has not been put back on my card. Really hope Sonic isn’t employing thieves now.

There's a reason this location has no cars waiting at 6pm when all the other locations in town are busy. The last 2 times I've stopped here I pushed the button and waited and waited and never got my order taken. Don't bother wasting your time stopping here.

This Sonic location is just as bad as the location on Andrew's Hwy. We got stale fries. My drink was all ice. I paid with cash, the car hop did not notify me they have no change, so he gave me partial change turned around and walked away. It's a depressing place.
