Worst service ever accepted to our order in 35 min and it took 1 hour a 50 minutes very rough guy on the phone never again I will suck from andrews hwy in Odessa tx her

I remember reason two, why I don't want to eat in the pizza hut. Almost 2 hours on the phone have been trying to reach the otherrews high-way shop to first try to fix and then cancel said order after multiple of them either hang up or just pick up the phone just to put it on hold and not answer. And it's absolutely ridiculous. I feel bad for the child my mother-in-law had to lie to cuz his manager and other co workers inability to answer the phone

Truly disappointed on the quality of pizzas recently from this Pizza Hut. Delivery late plus cold pizzas thinking a free pizza coupon makes it better. Set it up Pizza Hut!!!

Pizza I ordered wasn't fresh it was old. Like they gave me a cancelation from a couple of hours ago.
