Ihop - Odessa

WOW, I LOVE the change. Service was prompt and polite. The employees were kind and delightful. The food was good. I don't know what happened here,,,, but so different than the last time I was here.... I'm impressed

The wait staff is very young and inexperienced today. Have to ask for things three times

Omg, me and my kids just loved how friendly and nice out server Karen W. was when we came in to eat breakfast. Ms. Karen as they called her made sure that my daughter and my son got exactly what they wanted and even talked and laughed with them as much as she could. She also made sure that our food came out quick and hot my coffee cup stayed full and she always came around to check and see if we were enjoying our food and to see if we needed anything else. Ms. Karen W. was even nice enough to escort my daughter to the ladies room so that me and my son could continue to enjoy our food. Now that in it's self is great restaurant hospitality and i just wanna say Thank You to Ms. Karen Williams for making our early morning Breakfast time a Morning and a Meal to Remember. And My Kids hope that the next time that we go to IHOP in Odessa, Tx that you are our server. Definitely a 6 star experience.
