Dunkin' - Odessa

We were visiting the area and usually go to Dunkin in our hometown, where they don't always display all their items and the staff doesn't greet you. However, when we came to this location, we were immediately greeted. Everything was well displayed and the store was clean. It was a great experience.

I don't understand why I still visit this restaurant. It's very inconsistent and expensive. Every time I order a latte, it's different - sometimes it's mostly milk, other times it's just espresso. The other day, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and the egg smelled rancid, like well water, which made me sick. I also tried one of their croissant stuffed sandwiches (supposed to be a fancy hot pocket) and it was awful. It only had one piece of sandwich meat with cheese rolled up in an undercooked and doughy croissant. I paid $5 for it and almost cried. Stick to hot pockets and gas station coffee - you and your wallet will thank me.

I requested frozen chocolate but was served frozen coffee instead. When asking for plain bacon, I received snakin bacon. The young man, who wore his headset in a gangsta style, insisted that the order was correct despite it being clearly wrong.

Tried calling 3 different times today to place an order for pick up tomorrow. No answer and voicemail is full. Not a great way to do business

I love their cheese toast!! Lattes are good! Parking: Parking is excellent!
