Cowgirl Cafe - Odessa

OMG... I'm from Brownsville TX and I can honestly say that it truly felt and tasted like I was back home eating authentic Mexican food. I had the enchiladas with the spicy red sauce, refried beans and Spanish rice. Great place. ????

Decent local Mexican food diner I 've been a customer for years. Good little cozy sit down breakfast joint or carry out some breakfast burritos. Which is what I usually do, it 's close by my house and not bad on price. Not the most flavorful food, but still good.

Great menudo, as usual! I was disappointed with the store bought tortillas used for the burritos though.

Looking at the menu currently in their website, enchiladas are 1.79 each and says 2 tortillas for 1.15 Which was what ordered for take out. Do the math , well I was charged $8.10 ???? Quality of there service and food has gone down .

I ordered the taco plate. Taco shells were soggy. Filling was very mushy and bland. One tray of chips for 5 adults and basket wasn't even full. Took long time to get out order. Waiting for one plate at a time to be completely served. I don't recommend this place at all. Overall service was terrible and price was outrageous for the quality.
