Ceparano's Ny Style Pizza Redefined Too

Absolutely delicious pizza. Try the eggplant pizza. It's my favorite! Very friendly people too.

CLOSED at 8:30 P.M on a Saturday. The hours on google clearly show 9 p.m...This place is a 45-minute round trip from my house. When I walked in to order with 30 minutes still left until 9pm. I was told they had already cleaned up and shut down.You would think with it being a Sautrday night a place would want the business.

I have tried, I have really tried to like this place. The pizza is not bad but the service is horrible. The last three times I ordered online have been bad experiences. I place my online order and every time I have to wait an extra 20 mins. The text tells me the delay is due to it being busy, but I get there and the place is empty and no orders are being filled ahead of mine. Today, I got there, again I had to wait an additional 20 mins and then they got my order wrong, I got medium pizzas instead of large, not good at all. I was told that they would refund the charge for the large and I have yet to see it. In my opinion they could have refunded at least half the price of one of the medium pizzas. Anyway, this is not the only game in town, lesson learned, I will go elsewhere.

Closes at 8? A pizza place? Maybe during the week but come on. Made the trip because I never imagined they closed so early. Disappointing.

The pizza was tasty. Boneless wings were decent. The reason for 3 stars is because they said it will be ready in 30 mins for pick up. I understand if places get busy things happen. But they were not busy. There was one guy making pizzas and no one at the register. He said it will be just 5 more minutes no problem. 10 mins later, a girl walks in from the back door letting in a huge cloud of cigarette smoke. Strolls over to the register and when I walk up to pay, she greets me but then the phone rang and she answered that and took a huge order and payment info. Finally, when she gets off the phone and I tell her my name, she looks at my order, says One second , walks behind the counter and starts to put the boneless wings into the fryer... And yes, they were for my order not another customer. I waited a full 15 minutes after that for my order in the smoke filled place with my 3 year old. We waited more than 30 minutes there after arriving (at the time they gave us). This was completely avoidable and just shows lack of care for customers...
