It’s disappointing when the drive-thru attendant gives you the wrong amount, especially after I clearly repeated it before handing over the money. To make things worse, they also gave me the incorrect change and then got an attitude with me because they couldn’t read or count properly. The manager ended up having to sort out their mistake. When I got home, I discovered my chicken was undercooked. I was too tired to go back, so I just cooked it a little more in my air fryer.

This place is frustrating, especially with the constant delays and the staff's attitude towards basic requests like spices. I waited 40 minutes for my food, even though they initially said it would only take 10 minutes. Honestly, I’m not sure how they manage to stay in business. The restaurant itself looks like it’s been hit by a hurricane.

This restaurant isn't worth the money. They forgot which drinks we ordered, didn't provide any of the sauces we requested, and even stuffed used napkins into our pockets. If you expect to receive everything you've ordered and end up disappointed, this is not the place for you. I won't be returning.

I was the only one who was okay. Waited 15 min just standing there and no one even recognized me how they were busy with drive thru and online orders. Finally, someone took my order and then my food was 5 minutes later. The guy who prepared my food was nice and the food was good. You just need to work on customer service. I guess next time drive thru is the way to go.

This has to be the worst KFC in Maryland. I keep telling myself not to come back here and months will pass by and I decide to give them another chance. I regret it every time. Employees not even wearing uniforms. Lights completely off outside. It?s a complete s% show every time you come. Order never correct. Why do I even try?
