Placed the order 10 min out, gave my order at the speaker, and proceeded to wait nearly 10 min in line w/ only 2 vehicles in front of me. Then I get to the window and the kid says “what did you order?” Waited nearly 10 minutes more for my food w/out an apology or explanation for the long wait. I finally get my food and it’s lukewarm! Totally unacceptable! Take some pride in your work!!! ?
Food is good as ALWAYS !!! The service was slow as always, they need more help ?.?.
Literally one of the worst places in Oconomowoc to get food, just go to the Mcdonald's next door.
Ordered through the mobile app. Got the Breakfast Burrito and Hash Browns. Hash browns were stale and not even warm. I had a piece of plastic in my Burrito.
Just love food here it's Soo great juicy food friendly
