Bruegger's Bagels - Oconomowoc

My husband and I frequent this place a few times each month because we absolutely love the bagels! I've seen some negative comments about the staff, but I honestly don't find them rude at all. They do their job, and I always get my delicious bagel, which makes me happy. It's been a tough year for everyone, so perhaps we could cut the team some slack.

I went with a group of three, and all of our bagels were delicious. However, it might have been because we went early in the morning. The staff seemed disinterested and a bit upset when we asked them questions.

This place has the best bagels in Southeast Wisconsin, and the staff is really lovely. However, the atmosphere could use some revitalization. It would be great to see the return of Nantucket Nectar and other drinks from 2019, and cleaning the windows would definitely help. If you're looking to make a big impact, consider opening an entrance at the southern end of the shopping center. I'm really glad to see you back in business!
