Bidrage med feedbackI usually refrain from posting negative reviews, but I just had to share my experience at this restaurant (at 7:50). The customer service was extremely disappointing. The young woman who took my order was unprofessional and rude, and it was clear that she needs further training in customer service. If the management doesn’t address the poor attitude, communication skills, and overall lack of professionalism among the staff, they risk losing customers.
Every time I visit this place, it's consistently 30 minutes before closing, and they’ve already shut everything down. When I arrive, it’s either that their system is not functioning, preventing them from taking orders, or it's down for processing credit cards, and they only accept cash. If they're not interested in honoring their closing time, they should take responsibility for that. I can understand having issues one or two times, but it happens every time I stop by on my way home from work. Their system seems to be down for one reason or another each time I arrive just before closing.
That's the worst. They advertise a $1 bacon cheese burger but it was dry and tasted like cardboard. Maps Website suggested Dine in, but only drive thru open.
On a Friday nite restaurant had two workers running the restaurant long line orders wrong no mgmt On site shame on mgmt but kudos to the two workers that there was best
Not only was my Whopper cold. My fries were old and when I advised her that the fries were old she argued that they were fresh and they were not. I was told to pull up and it took 8 minutes to bring me new fries and the place was not even busy. Also I had to beep my horn for 4 minutes at the drive-thru window for her to come back. 310pm 12/18/20
