El Paisa Mexican Food

A total gem! Stopped here looking for some good Mexican food in the area and saw how awesome the reviews were. And boy were they right! I ordered the Quesabirria and it was delightful! The meat was so juicy and flavorful and the salsas they had were a yummy addition! Not to mention the customer service was awesome, super sweet and helpful and the lady who took my order was willing to make any changes to my meal to make it perfect for me! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Ain’t the prettiest place . But most delicious authentic Mexican places aren’t . Best tack to order is the queso taco carnitas .. 10/10 .. the host was super sweet and very pretty .. on Fridays they have the tacos made outside with there taco stand . Kind of cool .. price is a dollar more than most places but the quality made it worth it . I ordered one taco of each kind and I was amazed by there carnitas .. so much flavor .

Hidden gem in Escondido. Great variety in tacos. My favs are mix, birria and adobado. My fav spot for Mexican food in Escondido.

Tired the red chilaquiles. Big portion with rice and beans, eggs on top. Great taste.

I highly recommend this place! My family had the asada nachos, California burrito, birria caldo, asada tacos, beef rolled tacos and every one of these meals were delicious!!! Their salsa bar is ?. It’s our 3rd time here and Daisy always provides excellent customer service. Anytime we drive from the IE to San Diego, we will be stopping by.
