Papa Johns Pizza - Oceanside

The pizza taste was good. in the amount of pfefferminze. the restaurant staff was nice and friendly.

I was extremely disappointed with the price of pizzas and the quality that you get. Got a really flimsy, soggy pizza with pepperoni that tasted off. Waste of $36 and an upset stomach. Staff was friendly but will not be back.

I ordered for delivery, I was told the order would take 40 minutes when in fact it took about an hour. We paid over $40 for two pizzas that looked like they had been thrown around. We called the store because this was outrageous. We spoke to the manager, Ethan, he was very responsive, courteous, and was able to resolve our issue swiftly. This delivery was the absolute worse we have ever had with papa johns. The only reason this is getting two stars is because Ethan was able to resolve our issue promptly.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. My husband and I placed an order at 6:12. It is now 7:42 with no contact. There is nowhere on your site or app to track our order....even though your add for your app says you can track the order. We have tried to call the store 4 times and it's like the number doesn't exist. The phone rings but no one answers. After a minute of waiting out the rings, our phone cuts the call like the number doesn't exist. We have been charged for our pizza and would like our money back since we never got our freaking pizza! This is not ok. I used to like you guys. What a bummer

Don’t even bother doing an online order unless you’re willing to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot. They’ll tell you to leave the store and they have no patience or customer service skills telling you to wait out in the cold.
