Harbor House Cafe - Oceanside

Spent the weekend in Oceanside with my family, this cafe was right down the street from our hotel. We absolutely loved it! I got the oatmeal one day and the next I had the acai bowl, they were fantastic! My husband had the steak and eggs and the Benedict eggs and they were delicious. Very kid friendly restaurant! Waitresses were amazing! Very kind and attentive. Definitely recommend this place!

Food was great. Not many places these days have SOS made with sausage gravy. Potatoes were perfect and fresh fruit. Coffee is good with no bitterness and fresh cream to my table. Awesome. Come to find out...this is the Burger place we went to for several summers when I was young, before driving back south from a day at the beach. Nice family business, is always what I look for Thank You for the military discount and appreciation

The food has become TOP notch! SO good! My florentine eggs benedict was on an olive baguette! Got my hashbrowns *just* the way I like them: lightly fried in BUTTER. Had it after a 20mi bike ride in the Oceanside trail. It was SO delicious, I ordered again today!! Great coffee and wonderful service! Our server Shauna was lovely. The wait staff is thorough. Been coming here for years and it has grown into DELICIOUSNESS. The hospitality is warm. You get what you give in here and more!

I've lived in Oceanside for over 20 years and had never been here. Don't know how I missed it, but I'll be going back. Good service by friendly people. Family-owned and operated. Most of all, great food. We came for lunch and I had the Turkey sandwich with ortega chiles. Sooo good. I had their steak fries on the side. Highly recommended.
