Chick-fil-a - Oceanside

When I entered Chick-fil-A Oceanside for the first time today, I was very impressed. The decorations for Christmas were tastefully done. There were fresh Christmas flowers at the entrance. It felt cozy and homey when I entered this location.Aaron greeted me at the register. He was friendly and bubbly. It seemed like he really liked his job and really like being there. That was refreshing!As I sat waiting for my food, I saw two fresh carnations in a small vase on my table. What a nice touch! There were fresh flowers on my table at a fast food restaurant. I was impressed!My food was delivered sooner than I thought it would be. Gavin delivered my food and asked if I need anything else. He seemed like he really cared about the customer service that he was providing to me. I appreciated that! A little later I saw Gavin going to each table to see if anyone needed anything else. You don't see that kind of treatment in other fast food restaurants. I took notice of that.When I was ready to leave, I asked Gavin who was the manager of this location. It just so happened that Terri, one of the managers was standing by my table. I let her know how pleasantly surprised I was to have such a great experience at Chick-fil-A. I went to the drive thru with 4 other people and we all put our orders in at the drive through. Got 5 miles down the road and my meal wasn't there. No chicken sandwich no fries nothing for me. While every one else was eating i had to go out to the close by habit burger to eat. The good news was the burger was good, the bad news was i had to pay twice for my meal. Shame on you chick-filet.
