Camp Coffee Company - Oceanside

I wanted to like this independent coffee shop but unfortunately, it just didn't hit the mark. As you can see in the pictures that I posted, one drink is supposed to be a 4 ounce cortado and the other is supposed to be an 8 oz cappuccino. They were both filled nearly to the top. I suppose the taste was okay, but just okay. And in the other picture you can see the crumbs on the windowsill that the employee seemed to just brush right off the adjacent countertop. Because of these two factors, I can't see myself coming back here. Too bad as I feel like it could be much better, but there just didn't seem to be any pride or care in working here.Visited Sunday morning, 9/3.

I forget the name of the iced latte we ordered but it had an added orange flavor with the vanilla which was recommended to us by the barista. i liked the theme of camping and they even had a small s'mores display which i might've missed on the menu but i'm sure they have available for purchase. there's plenty of street parking available and they also have a small patio area. we also used their wifi and restroom for customers only. lastly, we ordered the croissant warmed up and it was very fluffy and tasted great.

On a hunt to find some delicious craft coffee in Oceanside, I stumbled on camp coffee. The molasses vanilla latte did not disappoint. Two days on a row, both coffees delivered a good flavor and friendly atmosphere.

Tried the coconut mocha (hot&iced) and it was not good at all. I also ordered the lavender lemon muffin and it tasted like a froot loop…Their brand and logo is also really strange. What do teepees have to do with camp? We all know what they are hinting at. It’s giving Camp Chippewa from the Addams Family. Lots of stereotypical imagery all over the shop, as a Native person I will not be coming back.
