I can't leave a review without a star which is annoying. This dunkin donuts is horrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME and I mean, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here they always mess it up. I don't even know why I continue to place orders here. If you want a gooddunkin coffee, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I stopped at Dunkin' this morning and the young man who worked the register (drive thru) really did my morning. He wished me a good day and asked how I did it, simple joys that go a long way. As it turned out, my staff also stopped at Dunkin' and had the same happy experience. She told me it was his first day. When I heard I had to write a review to say good luck to your first day. You're a great start! So, with which is said, not only Dunkins breakfast is cheap, reliable and tasty, but their employees will help a smile in the face in the morning.

I just picked up a coffee from the drive-thru. It was nice and hot! The lines can be long, but they usually move pretty quickly.

The restaurant is run by a group of young women who seem indifferent to customer service. They clustered together at the drive-thru, texting on their phones while I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, despite there being no other customers in the store.
