Bidrage med feedback$20 an hour won't make these employees care anymore than they do now.It's pathetic how a paying customer, you know the people who give KFC money in exchange for a service, get the worst customer service.You'd think the least these employees would do is wear their uniforms properly, but won't even do that.Actions speak louder than words.Why open the doors at this location? Is it purposely to show the public how little you care about yourself let alone anyone else?R.I.P Colonel Sanders
Just about ate all my food in the parking lot .So Good.
Sent wrong order. When I called them they said they had no record of my order or me. I told them I had the order number plus the driver name and ID, I was told to call corporate. Don’t eat here
I ordered my food from the take out window The girl was nice and polite but my chicken was lukewarm and flavorless and the biscuit was not cooked in the middle and was cool and also flavorless My mashed potatoes tasted like instant and not fresh without much flavor I was really disappointed as I always loved KFC I will no longer go to this one again
I went to KFC drive thru in North Myrtle Beach, SC excited to get chicken for dinner for my family and not have to cook. Ordered the 8 piece bucket with 2 sides that cost $32.03 without drinks or anything which was find until I got home and opened the bucket to find soft skinned old dry warmed over chicken and hard biscuits. I was extremely upset and wanted to take it back but I live 25 miles away in a high traffic area. I feel used and disrespected. It’s a shame this facility had no pride or care as to what and how they service customers who just want what they pay for and trust the people to serve and give them just that instead of old soft chicken and hard biscuits; nothing tasted as it should have except the mashed potatoes. I’m highly disappointed but one things for sure; I l’ll head someplace else the next time I want takeout
