Bidrage med feedbackThank you for putting a location in the North End of Ocean City! I have known about Bennie's Bread in town for a few years but had never been. I knew that they had a big selection of Italian bread and sandwiches but NO idea that they had so much prepared food. This is the satellite location and they seem to have a smaller space then the main location on Asbury but the same great selection. I would love to go back for breakfast and see how that stacks up with other places in the area. We split a Cubano sandwich, which was really good (I know this was a weird thing to order from an Italian deli). It was toasted perfectly and they use the delicious pulled pork they put on their other pork sandwiches. All things considered, I am very happy to see this place in our neighborhood. Getting a quick lunch in this area used to be very difficult. While we waited for our sandwiches, I saw multiple people come and pick up orders that they had called in. Check this place out!
The Bennie rolls are fresh baked and delicious! The Uncle G was great. If you are looking at the menu online or ordering online you will need to go to the 4th Street location. The 12th Street store is more store but can handle certain items like breakfast sandwiches. Overall a great spot in OCNJ that isn't overly crowded.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! The place is extremely clean, coffee options are a bit limited (but they aren?t a café they are a deli/market so this makes sense! pastries and sandwiches are available as well as different soups salads and sweets
Really enjoyed the grilled vegetable hoagie; lots of flavor and perfect balance of sweet and savory. I?ll definitely be back to try the other foods.
Thank you for having a location in the North End of Ocean City! I've known Bennie's bread in town for a few years, but I've never been. I'd like to go back to breakfast and see how it stacks with other places in the area. We shared a Cubano sandwich that was really good (I know it was a strange thing to order from an Italian deli). It was perfectly roasted and they use the deliciously drawn pork that they put on their other pork sandwiches. All things looked at, I'm very happy to see this place in our neighborhood.
