Bidrage med feedbackI went with my other half to order something, and they were all casually sweating what is in order, so I started ordering my food and I heard the dame that drove by command, calling someone stupid to customers. the eating was great, but it was very pleasant for the customer service when it was customers in the business and they play around the conversation about people after they hired a job. bot to mention that the dame has written my name wrong.
That is a common place for me to lunch. the orders are almost always up, besides a false sauce here or there. I order and pay the app so it is a simple pickup.
Very disappointed in the female counter-cashier, she lacks professionalism in the interaction with customers. the food is missing warm after 15 minutes waiting for our food.
I had gone to eat, ordered a 5 finger plate. that he tasted like a spicy, very strange. I asked my friend to taste it to make sure it wasn't just me. Something's wrong. Pro policy to replace the evil huh. So I put it on the table and asked for my money back, which they wanted to pay only a part of it, because of an additional drink that sat on the counter. So I went very unsatisfactory. that's the last 15.57 you're tearing me off. the customer service of the manager was not professional at all. ends in Hungarian howies, which provided a good license and lowered my dinner costs with a larger pizza than I wanted to order and tasted like a pizza! very nice and friendly service. I usually don't complain or leave reviews like this, but if there's something wrong with the chicken people need to be aware and if we pay for a meal, we should get what we have ordered.
Ordered my food paid with my card the manager Bella and Jackeline came to the register saying my payment didn’t go through. I showed them in my bank account app that they’ve taken the payment out. It was showing the charge and date of the charge, they gave me food and said for me to pay again that it was a ghost charge showing in my bank account. I did not want to pay for the food twice they called the district manager Erin Velez to have the district manager tell me that I needed to pay twice for my food. The manager Bella took the food from me in front of many customers and told me that if I wanted my meal I would have to pay again for my meal. They payment processed they took the money from my account and I never ate my meal. Bella and Jackeline humiliated me in front of many customer after I showed them the payment was taken from my bank account, they kept repeating themselves that I needed to pay twice for my meal and that I would get a refunded the next day for one of the payments. They lost a customer and they lost my son who was going to start working there over a meal that was proven they took the payment
