Sushi Bistro Of Ocala

I have been to a lot of really good Sushi/Hibachi restaurants all across the eastern half of the United States, but this one outshines them all! To begin, their hot tea is absolutely perfect in every way-nice and smooth and full of flavor. Their crab rangoon is delightful and the dipping sauce was a lovely touch. Their clear/onion soup is the absolute best I have ever tasted. Their shrimp and scallops hibachi dinner is a whole new level of phenomenal. My husband's combination fried rice was delectable. To top it off, their portions are perfect and their prices are better than any restaurant I have eaten in over the past year. I can't wait to make my way back to Sushi Bistro of Ocala in the near future.

I am normalmy not a sushi fan but kids want it so gave it a try. It was surprisingly good and prices were reasonable. Would have given a 5* if service was better. Took a lot of time to take the order, then a lot more time to get the food to us. The restaurant was at 50% capacity

We have visited this restaurant twice in the last two weeks. Both times we were not disappointed. First for lunch on a Saturday, they were not very crowded and we all enjoyed an appetizer and some sushi rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious! The second time was for dinner on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was very busy. Not sure if this is usual here, but the staff was definitely stretched thin. Food was still delicious and would definitely recommend and return. Great sushi!

Amazing sushi and great service! I had 2 rolls and sushimi and they were all fabulous. The wine was good too. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was inviting. Highly recommend.

We walked from our hotel to the cutest sushi restaurant. The prices were fair and not expensive. Our service was quick and enjoyable. The edamame was so good. The sushi was fresh, and the rice was cooked perfectly. It was not by far the best, but it did hit the spot.
