Subway - Ocala

The bread at this restaurant is excellent and freshly baked throughout the day. I ordered an Italian sandwich with ham and salami, adding some pepperoni and extra salami. Unfortunately, they didn't have capicola ham, which is typically used in Italian sandwiches in Philadelphia and NJ/NY. I topped it off with oil and vinegar—light on the oil and extra on the vinegar—along with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and both mild and hot peppers. The combination of paprika and extra oregano really enhances the flavor, along with salt and pepper. It’s a fantastic mix, and even if there's an ingredient you’re not fond of, the combination of all ten ingredients creates an explosion of taste and texture. Don’t skip on the double meat and provolone; it's a must-try. If you experience the combo, you’re sure to be satisfied!

Amazing store! The staff are friendly and professional. I really enjoy the Subway here. The food is great, and the employees are very nice! I’ll definitely be back!

The young man working tonight, whose name I believe is Nick, is fantastic. He is friendly, polite, and has a wonderful sense of humor! However, my only complaint about this Subway is that it is seriously UNDERSTAFFED. The employees are constantly working alone and are always busy, struggling to keep up with the steady flow of customers. Your staff really need a break, or you risk burning them out!
