Hardee's - Ocala

The new chicken sandwich ordered. was okay, a little more mayo would have been nice. otherwise it was okay.

Worst experience ever! If i could give NO star, i would. We ordered two mushroom and Swiss burgers and large fries. Pulled up to the window and sat there for 15 MINUTES!!!!!! 15 long minutes. I watched the guy put fresh fries down in the fryer. Walked back and forth a few times. So we are thinking we are going to get fresh hot meal. NOT! we didn't get the newly cooked fries, we got cold soggy fries. The meat in both sandwiches was cold, cheese wasn't melted, and the mushrooms were so cold they made me gag. My question? WHAT THE HECK WERE THEY DOING FOR 15 MINUTES for our food to come out cold and cold and soggy fries. We were the only customers there in the drive through.Management needs to step up and teach these folks to think about customer service.

Whoever was working Tuesday, July 12th 2022 at 1:13pn at the gas station Hardees on 200 doing drive through. Had the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. My wife was constantly interrupted. The lady has such a bad tone saying is that it? And then when my wife asked excuse me? Because my wife didn 't understand what was said the lady screamed ANYTHING ELSE? .... I 'm sure the other employees in that store were good. But that lady was the worst I 've ever seen.

Service was very friendly, they were finally open! Took forever to get my food and it was lukewarm when I got to my car which was right outside. Didn't have time to go back inside as I was on lunch.

Sunday morning take-out at Hardee's. We both get full breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, tater tots(delicious) and a large biscuit with gravy. All for about $12, total. What a deal!
