Dunkin' - Ocala

I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars if I could. I refuse to support a company whose representative, who I believe goes by the name Ana, came to our facility and used a racial slur towards one of our employees. It's disgraceful behavior for a business. They've likely just lost a valued customer.

I don't understand why it took five minutes to order a coffee, especially since I was the only person in line and all I did was listen to it being prepared.

This review isn't just about this particular Dunkin'. Over the past 10 years, I've ordered the same drink, a medium hot vanilla latte, and 8 out of 10 times, it's been made incorrectly. It's not a complicated order, yet I've received everything from original iced coffee to small regular coffee, and even strange flavored hot drinks. That's around 30 poorly made drinks, adding up to about $180 lost due to the frequent mistakes by the staff. If customers want what they actually ordered, they have to go elsewhere or endure another long wait in line, only to risk getting the same wrong drink again. If you're feeling adventurous and enjoy a game of chance, then by all means, visit every Dunkin' Donuts in your vicinity and pay for the opportunity to see if they can get your order right!

Order an icy pumpkin flavor, its seasonal and advertised articles. it was ice cold and well looked, but no pumpkin flavor was added. iced coffee with creamer whipped cream. disappointed!

I love the strawberry sprinkle donuts, I got there a few minutes early and they made them for me while I waited instead of saying they didn’t have them.
