Burger King - Ocala

9 months ago I left a positive review for this burger king and wanted to update it. the people there are always so friendly and eating is always consistent. I hope burger king will take care of the employees at this place.

Didn't put a receipt in bag as well as know bitter for my pancakes

This Burger King is amazing and so big. How they keep it clean as it is I'll never know. The service was perfect compared to other locations. Great job I am grateful for the food as well. Stop here and get your food if you want it right

The food was great! The employees though we're very rude! This is the second time they have been rude to me at this location! I had ordered off the Buger King App, when I was there to pick it up one of the very rude employees said it did not come in and did not even ask to see what I had ordered they basically said oh it did not come in so I don't know what you want to do .. It was ridiculous I had allready payed for my meal on the app! This is the worst coustmer service I have ever experienced at Burger king it's a shame to because when I did finally get my food after about 30 mins it was actually very good. So long story short good food but HORRIBLE coustmer service!!

The store seemed well organized but the air was warmer than most places I had a planned experience with extra pickles.
