Burgo - Óbidos

Recommended by Rick Steve’s. We tried it, and it was absolutely great! Make sure you try the “Octopus Burgo Style”.

The service was disappointed. The food was horrible and doesn't been as described on menu. This was, by far, the worst restaurant I ever been to.

This restaurant was recommended by another that was closed for the evening. We're a little unsure as to why. The food was very average. If you want good Portuguese food, I'd recommend going elsewhere. We ordered a pork dish and some bread. We were shocked that butter was charged, if you wanted it with said bread, but alas, we went with it. The pork was tasteless and the fries were awful. They had no ice for the drinks but the servers were very nice. Not a place we'd go back to.

Looking forward to experiencing Portuguese seafood in beautiful surroundings, however we were disappointed. Wish we'd gone for italian next door.

If your looking for a snack then you will be ok, the best thing about the restaurant is the staff, very friendly and helpful
