Zum Bauernhof - Oberlunkhofen

The best hotel I have stayed at ever. Super clean, so beautiful, so nice. Our trip was intended to be a visit of Zurich, but we spent more time at the hotel just relaxing instead of going to Zurich. The rooms and the hotel in general is extremely clean (cleanest hotel I've seen so far). The owners are very nice, helpful, and pleasant. I enjoyed talking with them. The rooms are just beautiful and very large. We spent part of our trip just relaxing in our beautiful room with the beautiful view. The breakfasts are small but so delicious. We loved it. Moreover, there is a swing for kids (and adults) just by the hotel, we spent part of our days just swining and enjoying the view. There is a small balcony in front where you can get tea or beer and sit and enjoy the sunset while drinking. after lunch time, basically the owners leave and the hotel is like a big beautiful building which is just for you to wonder around and sit in its beautiful halls, drink tea, look at the view and just enjoy your time. Moreover, make sure to just walk around the hotel and discover. We continued upwards on the road by the hotel for 10 minutes on foot and saw the most beautiful sunset ever. The access to Zurich is very easy from this hotel (eventhough I bet you will decide to relax in the beautiful hotel instead of going to Zurich). Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. Nice stay with very nice Swiss view over the mountains. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. No air conditioning, but a fan. Breakfast is extensive. You can park for free in front of or next to the accommodation. Very friendly and welcoming staff, we had a very nice stay. We were here for brunch. We were warmly welcomed and briefly explained where we could find things. Everything prepared with a lot of love and in sufficient quantities. We really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back again.

Really great restaurant, super friendly, courteous staff and owner, very familiar and we were able to really enjoy our daughter's christening dinner. The food was fantastic from the starter to the dessert everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back soon. Thank you.
