U. Johst Am See - Oberbarnim

The hotel is located directly with lake access at the Schermützelsee and has a very nice and well maintained private bathing area. The lake has turquoise water and is a dream. The hotel currently has a somewhat restricted service due to staff shortages. Nevertheless, we were very attentive and the food was delicious.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Johst am See for 4 nights. All have been very hard to make it as beautiful as possible for us. Although not so many guests were there after the winter, the breakfast buffet was always very plentiful and all our menus were filled for dinner. Great location, very quiet, great for hiking and the sauna right down by the lake. Thank you for the wonderful days!

I was in this hotel for 2 days over Easter and I must say that I was positively surprised. The negative reviews this hotel did not deserve, not after the hard Corona time! The location of the hotel is remotely located on the lake and ideal for those seeking tranquility! It is no longer the latest building, but well maintained from the inside, the rooms as well as the gastronomy. The staff is very friendly and the service is therefore simply great! All around I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful complex with own sea access. It consists of a lawn which extends directly to the water. The hotel is not the latest but well maintained. The food is absolutely fantastic, I have been there for several major celebrations. It's always a pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is wonderfully quiet without end no Wi-Fi, for that directly at the lake, who wants to turn off right
